Have you tried to remove the SIM?
Hi Aravi,
Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
If removing the SIM does not help, then this is going to likely be related to software on the device. I would first suggest removing any new third party apps since the issue started to occur. Failing this option, you will need to perform a software repair on the device.
Charge your device to at least 80%. If possible, try backing up all important data. Perform a software repair using the PC Companion application (for Windows® computers) or the Sony Bridge for Mac application (for Apple® Mac® computers).
1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps
I hope this helps.
