Xperia P tethering error (.100) latest

Please some one help me i bought xperia one month back Updated to jb and last week i updated it to new update something .400 to .100

Had porblem with tethering Both usb and wifi in the past and same one now . I thought this update would fix it but nothings changed and phone started to lag a bit . I dont care about lag but tethering ? I need it  Please some one Help . Iam so dissapointed

try a repair with SUS and make sure u do a factory reset before tat ..

How do I reapir with Sus or something iam sorry iam a newbie please help and all the apps are lagging also need help with dactory resseting is there a software like which would backup all the data before reset I tried searching but ended up with nothing

actually when u back up and restore the same old datas r going to be restored and tat may possibly cause issues.. search play store for any good apps but clean install gives bug free update,,,,  have u done a factory reset aft ur update .. if not first do tat .. go to settings>backup &reset> click factory data reset and don not tick the  clear internal storage .. (factory reset ll reset ur phone memory not ur sd card memory unless u didnt chek the tick mark in clear internal storage) ur device ll restart and wait untill it boots and check whether ur problem has solved.. if not,  download the SUS from here http://www.sonymobile.com/in/tools/update-service/ ..

first factory reset ur device

then install the update thro SUS

again factory reset

first back up ur contacts to ur sd card by going to contacts , press the right button then click on back up contacts

I did everything and still it says the same
