Since i was hard fan of sony .I bought Sony Xperia Ray .Then after the warrenty of one year .i am having this black screen error.when i asked the customer care they asked me to change the display along with the touch panel and asked for 7000 rs . i taught sony had the built quality but i cant effort to such a high cost for a repair. is there any way sony could help me.then it would be most thank full from your part
Could you please explain a bit more about the problem?
Is the display constantly black or is it working intermittent?
