xperia sola problems with maps

Hi all, I've upgraded my xperia sola with android 404 and since then the maps application doesn't work and it blocks every time.

I've tried to uninstall and instal a new one but nothing changes.

What can I do?

Can you please elaborate the problem you are experiencing? 

Have you tried to clear data and uninstall updates under settings > apps > all > maps. Restart phone and try again.
