I'm a Xperia user from north America. 

I would like to ask kindly, where is our updates? 

We are stuck on 1.2.0.A.1.284

Here in the US we are almost the last to get the phones and the updates, you have 2 options

1) wait for the update to be approved and released 

or 

2) manually update your phone

This lack of support from Sony NA in regards to the C5306 will be a huge factor in future smartphone purchases! At this point, it won't be a Sony... Completely and utterly dropped the ball. Beyond annoyed at this point. At least 2 official updates since my purchase and not a single update to my phone. If update to Android 4.3 is a no show this coming month I'm done with Sony! Will throw it in a bin and start looking at the Nexus, HTC and even cheapass Blu. They're getting updated pushed out with each and every incremental update of Android.... And I'm sick of your ' it's your carrier' bull... You could have easily offered those of us with agnostic versions of this phone (those who purchased it Not locked to a carrier) all the updates in a timely manner. Enough!
