Hi everyone, when I power off my phone and it says "Shutting down" and vibrate then the phone will shut down right? But when my phone says "Shutting down' then vibrate, it freezes for few seconds then it only shuts down completely. I have this problem since Android 4.2, then after update to 4.3 it's still the same. Does anyone have this kind of problem?
