xperia z1S unlock problem

Hi everyone ,

I have really weird problem to solve . I bought z1s from t mobile in usa . They gave me wrong simlock code and customer service forced me to try more than 5 times . Now I cant unlock my phone to use with another simcard . Now I am in Turkey so my t mobile account is not active anymore so they rejected to help me . What can I do ? Please give me an idea .
