Hi, I have a problem with the internal speaker, I can not hear when I talk on the phone for internal speaker, just for the speaker and the headset. Now restart the PC Companion and I had no solution, I need your help

I can not believe it's hardware because when I restore with the PC Companion the problem disappeared for an hour and then reappear, it seems software

@warranty you have a different issue, the water damage indicator its red, which means that there's water damage

@MiguelT4 then its an app acting up, repair your phone once more with SUS or PCC and keep an eye on any app that cause this, I've seen other users having issues with skype or any other voice/video call apps, if the later then there's nothing you can do but to notify the gapp developer as its up to them to address this issues, not Sony. If after you repair your phone with SUS or PCC the problem persist, do take it to a Sony repair center
