Zylo active sync not working

it doesn't look like the zylo activesync support the corporate required lock.  Is this true?  whenever I try to sync it gives me an error check you settings message with nothing else.  Anyone know if this is true and if there are any plans to add this soon?  Thanks,

Hi,

The Zylo handset does support synchronisation via an exchange server. To set this up correctly, you would need to contact your Server Administrator or Technical Department who will provide you with the correct settings you need.

If this fails to work, please could you advise what error messages you receive when trying to synchronise?

Thanks however I have checked with the admins.  They have the feature where the phone is required to have a lock set within a period of time, the corporate lock.  This is what seems is possing the problem.  When this is disable it works correctly (I had them create an exception rule temporarly to see if it would work).  However as soon as it's enabled it no longer works and this feature is required for me to get permanent access.  I purchase this phone specifically for active sync and it looks like it only supports it partially unless I'm missing something.
