Micro SD stuck in slot

I stupidly put my Micro SD card in the slot without the tray. As I tried to retrieve it, I have pushed it further in. Any tips on how I can get it out, please?

Hi @Juliek, sorry to hear about this.

It's very risky to try and do this on your own as you may accidentally damage the internal components in the device, such as cables/sensors and so forth.

My recommendation is that you get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further with having the device sent in to an authorized service centre so a trained technician can open up the device and remove the card without damaging anything.

You can of course try and get it out yourself, but it is very risky.
