Two problems: 1) System update says it MUST be downloaded via wifi. Why? I have not set "wifi only" in the update settings. File is only 316 MB. When I clear the data and cache for the Software Update app, and restart the phone, then it warns me about possible data charges, but still says the update MUST be downloaded via wifi. This makes no sense. and Problem 2) Doing the update on wifi is very slow, and it never completes. At some point between 50 and 90% it says "update pending wifi", but wifi has been and remains fully active. It will never resume the update. Only choice is to kill it and start over...but of course, it once again never completes. Same problem over and over. The problem is not the wifi, which works very fast and very reliably for all of the other devices in the home. I'd like to try the update using cell data instead of wifi, but it won't let me. Come on, Sony. You can do better...
