touchscreen ghosting swipes

Since the September uodate I have a serious issue. Along with the call receiving bugs described on other topics I also have a problem with ghost swipes. Sometimes my phone gets into a "state" that triggers the notification slider even though I'm just typing, swiping or generally touching somewhere else. I can't fix it in any way I can only wait like 30 seconds before it goes back to normal. Any help?

I cant believe that after one year no response from sony, my phone have the same issue and also a friend. Had problems with my last xperia before my xz2 compact... I love xperia, but I feel like is time to go to the dark side, tired of this

The situation seemed to improve with the previous update (also one before that), but the latest one 52.0.A.11.32 is troublesome. As far as I can tell (by using input debugging), sometimes when the input is to the middle of the screen (or other part of it), another input at the top of the screen is registered. Please, fix it.

To all: if your phone is still within warranty, get it looked at through offficial/authorized service providers.

Since I had mine sent in, the screen was replaced and I haven't had the issue ever since.
