Good morning, I bought ebay phone, new, of exhibition and not only broke the screen but it has the rubber of the lid of the cards raised and the cover of manipulated back. The seller assures that it is a product certified by sony and that The warranty can be processed.Before complaining to consumer I would like to know if this seller is authorized by sony to recondition the phone and if it is true that it is new, and if in case of a warranty this would be annulled by the breakage of the screen. And if it is possible Sony helps me checking it. Thank you.
