I can hear people but people can't hear me

Hello,

The people that I am talking on the phone cannot hear me, but I hear them perfectly. Also when I put the call on speaker everything is fine, they can hear me.

I have checked with microphone diagnostics, and the mic recorded a very disturbing noise like bzzzzzzz and my voice is coming behind this noise and not be heard clearly.

It is not related with the sound and call settings, I have already checked.

Did anybody have the same problem and find a solution?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your Xperia Z3 Compact.

It does sound like this is related to the hardware in your phone based on what you have already tried. I would recommend that you contact your Local support as they can best assist with having your phone sent in to an authorized service center for repair. They are also experts on your specific market and can assist with any questions you may have.

Try cleaning the two microphones from dust. That fixed it for me.
