To access ICE in Android 7, swipe to the left on the lock screen so that it asks you to enter your lock code > Tap Emergency > Emergency Information > Tap Emergency information once again to confirm it. Here you can find all the ICE details, and if you would like to edit these - tap the pen (edit) icon in the top right (you'll have to unlock your device). You may also edit ICE by opening the Contacts app > The ICE icon in the top right next to the menu (3 dots).
If you do not have a lock screen set, then the ICE is available through the Contacts app.
