Non Compitable with Android

I can not download St Gorge Bank App
It says this device is not compatible with application. The bank also couldn't provide any alternative other than to change the phone.... It's a big headache specially for app like banking used everyday and hours. Any solution????

I searched the app and I found it in the app store, and it allow to install it in my Z3c, C5 and X compact.

Considering is a banking app, is it possible that your device is rooted? What version of Android do you have?
