Only 1sim tray?

I got this phone today as I have 2sims but there's only a single sim slot? Am I missing something

If you purchased the Dual SIM version, the SIM tray will look like this with a slot for 2 SIMs:

If you purchased the single SIM version, it will look like this with a slot for a single SIM and an SD card:

What is the model number of your phone? You can find this under Settings > About Phone.
