1.The ringing tone is off and on. I need to restart the phone everyday to make the ringer work. The ringer will not ring when I receive call unless I restart the phone. I need to restart every day to make the phone ring. It doesn't affect vibration.
2. The USB connection is giving issues. I tried to install Xperia companion on my computer (win 7) so as to reinstall the operating system, but the suite did not recognize my phone, though it can transfer files but not through the companion suite.
3. Window 10 can not recognize the phone at all. Including the external drive.
4. Kindly advise and assist me accordingly. I am suspecting software issue. All other sections of the phone is working perfectly. The warranty expires 6-7-17
