Shutter problem and ghost touch

Hi @VINU9, I am really sorry to hear about that.

Regarding ghost touches, do you experience that the display performs touches on the display without you touching the display, or do you mean that the display reacts with your finger being close to the display but not actually touching it?

Could you go to Settings > About phone > Press on version at the bottom until it says that you're a developer, then go to Settings > Developer options > Show taps, now if you look at the display, do you see taps being performed if you leave the phone alone? If so, does it also occur while in safe mode?

It could be hardware related, but I suggest starting with the troubleshooting above.

As for the shutter, what do you experience here, could you explain it in a bit more detail?

I can't find developer option while press on version...and which version i have to press..there are 3 to 4 versions in that about phone

I am sorry for not being clear, with version I mean the Build number located at the bottom under Settings > About phone, were you able to find it?
