Brauche eure Hilfe, wiso klingt der Ton immer wieder nicht wenn ich eine whatsapp Nachricht erhalte?

Was ist das Problem, wenn erst bei Berührung des Whatsapps die Nachrichten erscheinen?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

As I understand you don't get any sound alert from Whatsapp?

If not check your notification settings within the whatsapp application.
Also make sure that Stamina mode is not blocking whatsapp. Settings > Power management.

Ooh i turned on the stamina function... Can that be it??

Try turning it off and check or add whatsapp to the list of allowed application in Stamina mode.
