Hi,
I have an AF8 TV which will not recognise radio channels delivered through terrestrial broadcast as such, these channel types just display a static image but the TV does not activate the screensaver.
This is causing some image retention on the TV which I assume will lead to bigger problems.
The disappointing thing is that I have various other TV’s in the house from other manufacturers and they all recognise these channels and identify them as “radio” or similar and activate the screensaver after the preset time.
is there any reason why Sony can’t implement the same approach and activate the screensaver for this type?
If this issue has been addressed and resolved in other posts I’d be grateful if someone could direct me to the solution.
