Hi when I try to launch itv hub, I player etc from the bottom, (straight from my cctv on hdmi) none of them will open, unless I first put it back to tv, the it will do it, even though I've never had that problem before, its always launched them from there, MY5 is OK, its the others and yes my software is up to date, so nothing to do with that, I did go on playstore and updated the MY5 app so that is OK, so at a loose end at minute, sony itself are no use when you email them
