I bought this TV recently. After a few weeks some non Google preinstalled apps ( BBC iplayer, ITV Hub, BBC News and Sport etc. ) stopped working. Kodi and Amazon Prime continued to work correctly.
This was rectified by rebooting the TV as you would a computer. Switch off at the mains, unplug the device, wait a few minutes then restart.

Hi there
I am unsure on your post on whether you are still experiencing this issue or a power-cycle of the TV resolved it?
Cheers

Cool - yes in many cases (like in IT) - the old'e Switch it Off and Switch it On again seems to work. Other times a factory reset works too.
A neat little trick though, if you want to reboot your Android TV, simply press and hold the power button on the remote control for about 6 seconds and the TV will reboot
