Becoming a pain.
I have no sound on occasions when I play music from the usb.
If I do a reset it works again,but sick of doing resets

Maybe the USB drive is faulty. Have you tried a new USB drive?

It is showing the MP3 and playing recording but no sound
Hi @tony.southall63, what is the model number of your TV? You can use this link to help you locate the model number: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00248604 Also, was it working before? Are there any connected devices to the TV?
