Android Update didn't worked. Now I can't turn on my Sony Xperia C4 :(

I've got the Android OS update notification and I initiated the installation, The phone turned off and showed installing update message. When I checked after couple of hours the phone was off and whenever I tried to turn on it showed error.

Now I'm stuck. What should I do now

Thanks for the responses.

I didn't took any chances and went to local authorized Sony Serive Center. They were very helpful and fixed the issue in couple of hours.

Charge your phone and try to repair it with Sony PC Companion.

please charge your phone for 2hrs and then check with PCC. (also check if your getting charging light getting on)

Also check near to your sim slot there is small hole for reset of phone . please insert small pin or something and try to reset your phone.

Hi @CoderHawk,

Also make sure that you follow the software repair using PC Companion guide when you try to perform a software repair. The phone isn't supposed to get connected until later on in the repair guide.
