Google photos not doing background back up

I have c5ultra dual which is still on 🍭. From yesterday my photos to the Google photos app are not being backed up in the background. That is, only when the Google photos app is opened the photos are backed up and not when I close it. Which was not the case earlier as the photos backed up irrespective of fact whether Google photos app is opened or closed.

I have tried a lot on my own to correct it but could not. Please, someone suggest some answer.

Do you have stamina mode on?

 yes, the stamina mode was on. I have now switched it off and the app is doing backup in background.

I feel really very sorry to report, but suddenly again the background backup to Google photos has stopped. And this time, phone is not on stamina or other mode.
