How to remove hearing aid icon

When I go to settings nd call there is no option for r

Check again under settings - call - accessibility and not under settings - accessibility.

M not able to find any accessibility option under Call section. Its showing calling acounts nd SIP call setting.

Can you check in Settings > Call, then Accessibility for both of your SIMs?
