Hello ,

I have bought an sony xperia c3 dual sim phone about 3 days ago but facing a problem with its camera

front camera is working perfectly but the back camera had so bad colors quality and video is blured ..

any idea how to fix this **bleep** ?!

Does your phone has a protective case or film? Is the lens dirty or has scratches?

Nah its not scratched or had protective case ..

Sorry for bad words but iam so angry with it .. my old xperia c camera was perfect so i bought c3 but its camera not even fine

Could you elaborate a bit more on the issues?

how about

settings > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone

I understand the frustration but lets keep it friendly and/or civilized

i have tried it but no differense ..

there is an issue with multi applications run .. application is restarting when i try to open it back from task manager .

and some background programs are auto closed randomly ..

That's probably a third party acting up

Boot on safe mode and try again
