I'm sorry to hear this. As @YoGem suggested this does sound to be related to your devices hardware. You can check if it is hardware related if you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
If you are still experiencing the same behavior after that, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair. Your local support team can also assist you with questions you may have regarding service routines in your country,
