Major contacts problem

Whenever I click to open my contacts ..
Then phone shows that *contacts has been stopped unfortunately *
I restart my mobile .
But again the same problem when I open my contacts
I.e. Contacts has been stopped .

Plz help..

Settings-apps-all,scroll down to contacts, force stop and clear data. Restart.
