Hi @Teganza, I'm sorry to hear about your that.
Is this something that you have experienced since you started using the phone, or did this start to occur recently? If it started recently, have you installed a new application or updated your phone just prior to this?
If you have never had a 4G(LTE) connection in your phone, I would recommend that you first of all contact your service provider (operator) and see if 4G is activated on your subscription plan. You can also ask them if the your current location has 4G network coverage or if it's only 3G.
If there is 4G coverage in your area and your subscription plan supports this, try with a different or new SIM card in your phone and see if you are able to get a 4G connection. If you ask one of your friends, colleagues or family members they may be able to let you test with their SIM card in your device.
Let me know if that helps!
Hi again!
In addition to what @YoGem suggested. Try running a network search in your phone and see if you can see / access a 4G network this way.
Go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Service providers. Now a search will start for all networks in your current location and when it's done you should see your operators network marked with a house icon and 4G/LTE > tap on the network.
If there has been no change and you tried with a different SIM card, I'd recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on your phones internal storage so creating a backup using Xperia Companion is advised before starting with the repair.
Keep us posted!
