phone dead

My phone is dead. When i put it on charge red light blinks. I have tried to open it by pressing power and volume up button, does not work. I press the yellow button on the sim card.  Nothing Works

Hi @Sett,

I'm sorry to hear this. When you press the dedicated off button (yellow button) make sure you press and hold it firmly for at least 120 seconds, then try charging your device. Note that it may take up to 30 minutes before the device indicates that it is charging.

I also recommend that you try and temporarily remove any SD- and SIM-card from your device to see if they are causing the behavior.

I have checked these. Not working

Then I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair. They can also assist you with any question you may have regarding service procedures in your country/region.
