Phone doesn't read memory card

Hello,
My name is candy, I bought an experia c4 now I have a problem the phone is mot working properly. Like it wont read the memory card and my Internet data is also not working. I hope someone can help me on this

Can you say little detailed? Did you tried format SD card? Before that do back up of your files in this card, coz format will erase it

Internet data you mean lost connection? Did you try re-send setting of internet?
