02/27/17 I gave the phone to a service center, recommended. Website of Sony(RSS). The problem was that the phone spontaneously turned off, did not hold the charge correctly and could be continuously rebooted while talking / charging / listening to music. In the service center they promised to help, but as a result they diligently ignored, could not say anything about the state of the phone and the repair stage. Unfortunately, in Krasnodar the problem was not solved, and therefore the smartphone Sony Xperia C4 was sent to Moscow. To my great surprise, in Moscow, when the diagnosis was made, there were no problems. 05.04.17 the phone was returned, although the date of readiness of the equipment for shipment was 23.03.17. I always use Sony technology and respect her very much, but this case is very disappointing. Tell me what to do in such cases? How to solve this problem?

The problem you are having is that your phone suddenly shut off or restart? It may be related to an app, could you try your phone for a while in safe mode to see if it's a software issue!?
