"no service" appears on my phone C3

Good Day! Early this morning i noticed that my phone has no signal, it just appears "no service". I tried to turned it off during our lunchbreak but it didn't shut down. Power off shutting down still appears on the screen until 4pm this day and still. I dont know how to stop it, unless the battery would get empty.

Open SIM card cover and find a small yellow button under it, use a pen tip to press it, this will force your phone to restart. After booting let us know if everything works.
