Hi all,
I have just gotten a new replacement phone from Sony and during my first initial charge, it was at 25%. I left it there till an hour later, i realized it's charged till 38% and no longer charging. I unplug the cable and charge again, it worked for about 10 secs before it failed to charge again.
I tried another brand of charger and my phone charges fine. As the Sony charger is also new, I test on another phone which proves to be working. Later, I charged the C5 with the original charger and its working normally.
I have a friend who also replaced his C5 recently and I was told he had the same encounter during the first few charges. May I know why is this so? The battery was not drained completely when I first on.

My phone is not charging again despite trying 3 different chargers and cables... I even tried to charge using a cpu/laptop.
Its working on and off.
What can i do?
@Kenzo8, if that's the case., It seems to be a hardware problem, unless you are willing to perform software repair using Xperia Companion, i suggest to have your device check at your local service center Local support
I have done a software repair but the issue remains.
The charging is very intermittent. The moment i plug in the charger, within 10 secs or less, it will stop charge. I need to recharge few times to get it going. I realize the charging issues only occur below 60%. Once above 60%, it can charge well.
