Sony Xperia c wont turn on!

Hi,

My Experia c5303 will not turn on.

The notification light glows green but nothing else. It glows red when the charger is plugged in. Holding down the volume up and power buttons makes no difference and when the back is removed and the power off button IS held in the green light stays on. 

It just does nothing. Please help.

my phone was not turning on then i have inform to coustmer care services there they asked me to install software recovry i have installed it but now after installing that also my phone is not switching on....................i have use power key+volume key but it is nt working
