Speaker problem or volume noisily

I bought my xperia C4 on the last week of October 2015, but my problem is the speaker or the volume... when I play music, or videos in my phone I need to low the volume, or I can't hear clearly.

All the sounds have the same problem.

Disable clear audio+ to resolve this

Sometimes loud speaker volume is too low that I cant even hear that...after a while everything goes fine... Plz help me out
