As told by Sony,you should use up to 32GB microSD. But there is no need for UHS II or III. I think either class 10 or UHS I is more than enough.

I'd say the 2nd or the 3rd,no need for a superior one. You would also save some money. Remember to buy from either Sony or Sandisk as those seem to work better.
