xperia c hang totally !!!

My xperia device get totally hang...............

touch , power button and volume button are also not working..

battery is fixed so not able to remove and force start it.....

please give me a solution.....

open back cover push off button with tip of pen or something similar hold until phone shut down

If this does not help,repair via sony update service:

Press Power + Vol up button simultaneously for 10 sec. Mobile will restart.

i have the same problem....this is the 4th time my phone just stopped working......every time i tried the given solution but it was useful just once....other 3 times i had to charge n discharge the battery twice n it started.....today same problem has come ......

My Xperia C3 has done that about 4 times so far. It's very annoying, because the power button still works. The screen comes on when I press the power button, but it won't turn off, and I can't access the screen at all. What works for me is to remove the sim card and put it back in. Then the phone restarts. @_@
