So I purchased a sony camera which had a £30 cashback offer and it has been nothing short of a nightmare .
3 times i have gone through the process to be told there was a server error. Then another two times to be told the images need to be jpeg or other file which isnt on my smart phone! So i email pics to a desktop computer which turns them into jpeg and start again. After numerous attempts of making sure I am not a robot I get through.
I fill out the form as required download the required pics and what happens???? Message sayin there has been a problem with my product registration even though when i sign in my camera shows up as my product!!
Absolutely fuming!!!!

If you keep hitting a dead-end. The following might be of some assistance.
When complaining on any issue. I go straight to the top, their details exist on CeoEmail.com.
1 . Don't accept bad service.
2. Don't be rude & abusive. They'll just delete your emails.
3. Express your point of view.
4. Reply to the email, and 'CC', the CEO. This gives 'em sight of the problem. Don't expect a reply.
5. As a final resort. Email 'To' the CEO, 'CC' to where the email originated. Expect a reply.
I don't always get a positive result. It only takes 2-emails: no time at all.
