On May 23 2018, I saw Sony camera cashback activity from currys for my birthday, so I decided to buy a Sony digital compact camera. Registration and application for cash back activities were conducted on the official website on the day registrations are open. The first email replied by sony told me that they did not receive a valid invoice. I found the electronic version of the invoice from the mailbox. So I sent that to Sony. I thought this time should be able to get cash back, but after two weeks, the email I got from sony said that I missed the deadline to participate in cash back activities. I immediately sent another e-mail complaining how unhelpful they are. The cash back activity seems a joke for me and would not want to recommend it. Sharing my experience for you which is sad, frustrated and disappointed!
can anyone help how can i atleast raise this as a complaint? No one seems to help me further. £50 is still something.

Could you tell me if I claimed for the cashback correctly? First It said there was an error, and late that I already claimed for the cashback. But I didn't get any email confirmation. So, I am not sure if It went through or not. Could you help me?

I just received feedback from Sony on your case that your cashback claim was validated and accepted. This means that the cashback amount should be transferred to your bank account within the next 28 days in the form of a direct bank transfer.
