New product registration

Trying to register the SGR1 Shooting grip but each time I input the model it accepts VCT-SGR1 also lets me input the purchase details but when I try and complete the input it fails with an error "Product model is invalid". Another issue is trying to find the serial number, doesnt appear to be one on the grip and the one that I think it is on the box also fails even though its an optional field, anyone else have these issues?

Hi Chris,

I've raised your feedback about this to Sony which is being looked into. In the meantime you can keep using the grip as you wish (P.S. your warranty is active even if you didn't register a product on MySony so there's nothing to worry about here).
