Registration problems

Just before Christmas, I was given permission to buy an RX1Rii to add to my collection of Sony camera’s. I managed to locate one at a major Sony camera retailer in the UK. I have no concerns about it being a fake. Can I register it? No I can’t!

I know registration holds little in the way of benefits but has anyone else experienced problems with the Sony site and registering a product?

Thank you Sean. I can’t help but wonder what the heck has been going on with the Sony site. It’s not as though I’ve not registered my Sony products before! It seems to me that Sony needs to have a good sort out. There is contradictory and old information on there which needs updating. (Wired remote trigger compatibility for one, screen protector for number two). Anyhow, the item is now registered for what it’s worth.
