360 Reality Audio free trial Music service from Sony

Hi all, I purchased a Sony HT-A3000 Soundbar from Currys. It came with a free trial voucher for a music service. I chose Amazon Unlimited Music, which gives 4 months free, but when I enter the Access Code from the voucher, the Amazon site says, “The promotion is not valid.” Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

Hi @Lemax20, make sure that you're following the correct steps:

1. Go the 360 Audio reality website: https://www.sony.net/Products/360RA/FT/
2. Select the language and country and tick the terms and conditions box.
3. Once you click accept, select the music service, enter the code, then click on Submit.
4. You'll be redirected to the selected Music Service registration page to create an account.
5. Once you're done, download the desired the service’s app and login with the created account.

It will not work if you're using an existing account, you need to create a new account.

If the issue remains, contact Sony directly to investigate the issue for you: https://services.sony.co.uk/supportMVC/en/Contact/

Hi @MaggieGreene creating a new account worked, but on my selected music service, Amazon had a 4-month free trial instead I got a month free at least that's better than nothing. Thanks for your help.
