Micro SD v/s M2 Cards ??

some of my frnds told me that sony xperia supports only M2 Cards so is it true ??

i am going to buy Sandisk 16Gb SDHC card but I resist to buy bcoz of this issue ..should i buy 16Gb SDHC or M2 Card ? which one is better

Sony Xperia J does not support M2-memory cards. It supports MicroSD-card.

M2 and MicroSD is not the same.
