Repeating turn on in screen "SONY" & "XPERIA"

Hello,

Yesterday I downloaded a game which names "candy crush saga"

After downloading, I tried to open that game

But it jump into the start up screen 'SONY' & 'XPERIA'

and just repeat and repeat it

I turn off and tried to turn on it again

It also same Slightly_frowning_Face

I duno this problem got relationship with that game or not

Anyway

Pls help me to fix it ><</p>

Its URGENT !!

As above:

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

and install it on your PC.

2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.

Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.

3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

4. Phone Software Update.

5. Start.

6. Repair Phone

7. Continue

8. Accept data removal

9. Next

10. Wait for prepare

11. Select Phone

12. Follow the connection steps

please sony community, i want to know the cause cuz for the second time this issue did happen to me, if i did something wrong i want to know to avoid it in the future

There can be a number of reasons for this symptom to appear, however keeping the handset's firmware up to date and only installing apps with a good reputation will help prevent this from happening in the future.

ok there can be a number of reason, but and as' possible that's this sola have many problems whith ICS. ok, no JB, but one big bug fix it's necessary.

also my sola have this problem at the start up, i hope to resolve with your procedure.

excuse me sam but the Phone Software Update with pc companion it's impossible because sola don't start up and  screen just repeat and repeat 'SONY' & 'XPERIA'  and pc companion don't read the sola

i resolve with sony update service not pc companion

Sorry for the confusion but I assure you that you can run a repair with PC Companion with the phone powered off if you follow the steps as per my instructions above. Regardless I am happy that you managed to get this working using the Update Service instead. Slightly_smiling_Face
