Dark shadow

My 65" Bravia started showing a dark shadow on the screen, mostly visible when lighter colors shown. The shadow does not exist when the tv is off. It shows whether I am watching cable, a movie thru HDMI from my computer, so I know it isn't the source.

I've dusted the screen and wiped it while leaving the tv off with a water and about 1/50 dish soap mix on an appropriate cloth, but it isn't on the screen surface.

Any ideas?I've put these pics in 5 times, rotated, resized, it keeps showing them rotated 90degrees left. Idiotic.

What model is your TV? Have you tried unplugging and disconnecting all cables from the TV to let it depower?
