Sony KDL-32EX403 - Mobile app

Hi,

I have Sony KDL 32EX403 which connects to the interet fine, and I can use bbc iplayer and other internet apps.

I am trying to use the mobile iphone app, and the app does not recognise the tv in the network, so I can't set it up. 

I have checked on my laptop, and the TV and iphone are connected to the router. I have BT infinity router if that makes a difference.

Help please.

Hi

Unfortunately your device ( a 2010 model) is incompatible with it - it only started supporting BRAVIA in 2011. There may be some other 3rd party apps in the app store which do support your TV though such as Zeebox. Hope this helps
