connect to phone

I have VGN-196SP. I have some troubles connecting the Nokia phone thru Bluetooth. The phone is on, open for connection and so on, the same is the laptop, but cannot use nokia pc suite. When search for phones the computer cannot find the pfone. If i click on the Bluetooth icon the phone is visible

i haven't turn off the firewall. the strange thing for me is if I use it as a modem, it is connecting, but thru PC suite it doesn't.

Have you tried temporarly turning off your firewall?
